Users can save their selected filters so they can easily access them in the future by clicking the Save icon. For example, if a user selects Daily view, Standard class, for the Weekend portfolio, Peak trains, they can select the Save icon to name this filter and repopulate the fields later. When choosing to save the filter, the user can select a filter they have previously made via the dropdown menu, or they can type in a new value to create a new saved filter. The user also has the option to keep the Days Prior currently set for all future filters or keep a specific Date Range.

To access all saved custom filters, click on the Folder icon and choose which filter to load. From this screen, the user can also select the “x” icon to delete a previously saved filter.

To quickly access a set of saved filters, click on the star next to the saved name to “favourite” the filter. Only favourited filters will appear in the dropdown on the main filter screen.
Custom filters are user specific, so managers will only be able to see and access filters they have created themselves. As filters are saved, they will automatically populate in the “Load Filters” screen and are sorted in alphabetical order.

The user also can temporarily save a set of filters by clicking on the Pin icon (icon will fill in). When pinned, a new saved filter will be available in the dropdown named ‘Pinned Filter’. During the session, the user can make changes to the existing filters and then quickly go back to the pinned filters by selecting the ‘Pinned Filter’ in the dropdown. Once un-pinned, the icon will turn grey and the name will disappear from the dropdown. Once the user logs out, the pinned filter is forgotten. It is recommended that the user save the set of filters if they want to access it in a future session.
